Emergency Department RN – | Burlington, MA | Night Shift

This is a 26-week contract opportunity for an experienced RN in a high-acuity Emergency Department. The unit serves a complex patient population with a wide range of emergent and critical presentations, requiring skilled, confident assessment from day one.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 2 holiday shifts required
• 72 hours guaranteed biweekly
• Excessive time off requests, particularly around holidays, will not be accommodated

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of RN experience — non-negotiable
• High-acuity trauma experience required
• Current or very recent experience required
• No float required

Certifications & Licensure

• Massachusetts RN license required
• BLS & ACLS (AHA)
• PALS or ENPC (or equivalent)
• TNCC required

Additional Notes

• Candidates must have been separated from this facility system for a minimum of 6 months prior to submission (permanent, per diem, or contract)
• Local candidates are accepted

This role is best suited for a seasoned ED nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage high patient volumes with confidence and clinical precision.
