PACU / Pre-Admission Testing Nurse — Atlanta, GA

Day Shift | 13-Week Contract

A healthcare facility in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an experienced PACU, PAT, or pre-operative nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. Candidates with a PAT or preop background are strongly preferred.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 × 8-hour shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift times: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Guaranteed hours

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience
• Active Georgia or compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS certification required prior to start date (August 7, 2026 deadline)
• Proficient with IV insertion

Preferred Background

• PACU, pre-admission testing (PAT), or preoperative nursing
• PAT or preop experience strongly preferred

Clinical Scope

This perioperative role supports patients across the pre- and post-anesthesia care continuum. Candidates should be comfortable managing post-operative recovery, conducting pre-admission assessments, and preparing patients for surgical procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment.
