Pediatric Float ICU Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Pediatric Float ICU Nurse for night shifts in a busy pediatric intensive care environment. You'll float between two campus locations, providing care across multiple ICU settings and specialty units as clinical needs dictate.
Clinical Scope
Schedule & Commitment
- Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Pattern: Every other weekend required
- Contract: 13 weeks, 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- Flexibility: You must be able to make up any missed shifts and work holiday rotations (Thanksgiving or Christmas) as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of PICU or Pediatric CICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Active Georgia nursing license or compact license
- Ability to float between two campuses
Facility Policies
- Nicotine-free facility; drug screening required
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
