Operating Room – Travel RN
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a seasonal travel assignment. You'll work the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Wednesday through Friday, supporting a dynamic surgical team in a high-acuity environment.
Unit Details
Clinical Scope
You'll support complex procedures including robotic-assisted surgery, vascular interventions, and emergency trauma cases. The unit is equipped with modern robotic technology and uses current electronic health record systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Valid RN license
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in large trauma OR facilities
- Robotic surgery experience (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with current EHR systems
Schedule & Commitment
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
- On-call availability: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday (no overnight call)
- 30-minute response time required for on-call
- Scrubs provided
