CT Technologist – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility's medical imaging department is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work nights in a high-volume CT environment supporting trauma and acute care patients.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week (Saturday–Monday)
• 36 hours/week plus 3–5 on-call shifts per month
• Every weekend required

Clinical Environment

You'll operate advanced CT scanners performing imaging for trauma, chest pain evaluation, and bariatric patients. The department is staffed entirely by board-certified radiologists and registered, certified technologists across all imaging modalities.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ months of current CT experience (mandatory)
• Recent trauma center experience required—within 6 months minimum; 1 year preferred
• Active Certifications & Licenses (must be current at submission):
• ARRT (CT)
• California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
• BLS (AHA)
• Venipuncture Certificate
• Hands-on experience with Canon Aquilion Prime, Toshiba Aquilian One, and Aquilion 1 Genesis equipment required
• Current CT Skills Checklist (within past year)
• One supervisory reference from past year of employment

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate; permanent address must be 30+ miles from the facility
• Holiday time-off requests will not be approved
