About the Role

Join the rehabilitation team at the facility as a Physical Therapist. You'll treat 8–12 patients daily in a mixed outpatient and inpatient acute care setting, with access to a warm water therapy pool.

Patient Population & Clinical Scope

This role focuses primarily on orthopedic conditions—post-surgical joint cases, back pain, post-fall recovery, and post-neurological events—with some sports-related cases. You'll conduct 45-minute outpatient sessions with blocked time for inpatient evaluations and documentation.

Schedule & Requirements

• Shift: Four 10-hour days, 8 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri)
• Rare weekend on-call as needed
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Start Date: October 26, 2026

Staffing & Support

You'll work alongside three PTAs and an experienced clinical team in a supportive environment. A week of mandatory in-state orientation is required (first-day modules may be remote).

Required Qualifications

• Valid Colorado PT license
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of experience

Additional Details

• Valid driver's license required; 60-mile service radius
• Business casual or scrubs
