Emergency Department Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for night shift coverage. This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift & Schedule

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3 × 12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours/week)
• Start Date: October 19, 2026

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Current RN license (compact or state-specific)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
• Travel experience preferred
• Must be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius

About the Role

You'll work in a fast-paced emergency department providing direct patient care, performing assessments, administering medications, and assisting with emergency procedures. Night shift brings diverse acuity and patient presentations—expect critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and strong teamwork with your ED team.
