Operating Room RN – Day Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join the surgical team on a 13-week contract. You'll work day shifts as a circulator, with scrub experience preferred. This is a fast-paced surgical environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts per week
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible start times available: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:30 AM–5:30 PM)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of permanent OR experience
• Current, active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Permanent Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director (from past 12 months)
• Willingness to complete facility-required competency assessments and modules during orientation
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions available)

What to Expect

You'll function as an OR circulator in a surgical setting, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Scrub experience will strengthen your candidacy.
