Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift contract (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), working three 12-hour shifts per week.

Requirements

• Current RN license: permanent Ohio or compact state license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 12 months of permanent, full-time ER experience
• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• TNCC certification preferred
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director from the past 12 months (manager-level references only; co-worker references will not be accepted)
• Commitment to work at least every other holiday

Clinical Scope

You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, performing assessments, interventions, and patient education across all acuity levels. During orientation, you'll complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment; an acceptable score on both is required to continue.
