Occupational Therapist – Full-Time
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join the rehabilitation team in a post-acute and long-term care setting. You'll help residents rebuild independence and improve their quality of life through individualized therapeutic intervention.
Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve function, activities of daily living (ADLs), and safety
- Collaborate closely with nursing and rehabilitation staff to ensure excellent outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
- Setting: Post-acute and long-term care facility with a supportive interdisciplinary team and modern therapy equipment
