Oncology Infusion Nurse – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced oncology infusion nurse to join its cancer care team. You'll administer chemotherapy and supportive infusions to oncology patients in a clinical setting that prioritizes quality patient care and evidence-based practice.

Shift & Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Start times flexible between 8:00 and 8:30 AM
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
• 13-week contract with biweekly orientation options (September 21 or October 5)
• ASAP start available

Requirements

• 2+ years of nursing experience with infusion and chemotherapy administration
• Current BLS-AHA certification
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) or chemotherapy certification preferred but not required
• Must have been separated from previous employment for 6+ months and in good standing

What You'll Do

Administer chemotherapy and infusion therapies to oncology patients; monitor for adverse reactions; provide patient education and supportive care; maintain accurate documentation; collaborate with the multidisciplinary oncology team.

Note

This position may require flexibility to float to support oncology services as needed.
