ICU Night Shift Nursing Position
The Opportunity
The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse for night shift work. You'll join a team managing high-acuity patients in a fast-paced critical care environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Rotation: Every other weekend
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Duration: 26 weeks
- Start Date: October 7, 2026
Requirements
Licensure & Certifications:
- Current RN license with License/Certificate Verification
- Specialty-specific competency testing
Health & Vaccination Requirements (completed before or at onboarding):
- COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap vaccines
- 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Gold)
- Fit test
- Physical/Health Statement
- 10-panel drug screen
- Color vision screening
Background & Compliance:
- Criminal background check
- Education verification
- Joint Commission testing
- Child and Adult Dependent Abuse training
- Conflict of Interest disclosure
- System access and security agreement completion
About the Role
You'll provide direct patient care in the ICU, working collaboratively with an interprofessional team. This is a straightforward assignment focused on clinical practice in a critical care setting.
