Registered Dietitian – Acute Care & NICU
Location: Webster, TX
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
About the Role
The facility is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join an acute care team providing nutrition support across multiple patient populations, including NICU and general medical-surgical units. You'll conduct nutrition assessments, perform nutrition-focused physical exams, and participate actively in multidisciplinary care rounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete nutrition assessments within established timeframes
- Perform nutrition-focused physical exams
- Collaborate in ICU and medical-surgical care rounds
- Work with a team of clinical dietitians across rotating assignments
- Float between acute care and NICU units as needed
Required Qualifications
- RD or LD Texas licensure (required)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- NICU experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
