Cardiothoracic Operating Room Tech
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced CVOR Tech for a 13-week contract assignment in Salem, VA. This is a day-shift role on a 2-OR cardiothoracic surgical unit with a small, collaborative team.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- On-Call: Weekday, weekend, and holiday call required
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Start Date: September 14, 2026
Clinical Scope
Requirements
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proven CVOR experience (required)
- Scrubbing experience preferred
- Flexible, knowledgeable, and self-directed work style
Floating
You may float to other OR areas as needed.
Uniform
Light blue scrubs provided.
