Physical Therapist Assistant

Oncology Physical Therapist — Outpatient | Keene, NH

This outpatient role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with cancer-related impairments, including pain, fatigue, lymphedema, and functional limitations. The position supports patients across the full cancer continuum — from diagnosis through rehabilitation, survivorship, and palliative care.

Schedule & Contract

• Days, 8-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 40-hour weekly guarantee
• 13-week contract | Estimated start: November 2026

Clinical Scope

• 45-minute evaluation sessions; 30–45-minute treatment sessions based on diagnosis
• One patient treated at a time
• Typical daily caseload: 2–3 evaluations plus ongoing treatment sessions
• Interventions include individualized exercise programming, patient education, and standard PT modalities (E-stim, ultrasound); device-specific training provided
• Primary adult population; experience across all age groups welcomed

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire or Compact PT license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of current PT experience (new grads not considered)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Personal vehicle required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Scheduling Notes

• No block scheduling or schedule accommodations
• Holiday coverage required (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's windows)
• All RTO must be submitted at time of profile upload; requests after offer will not be approved (maximum 5 days)

• Personal scrubs (any color) or business casual; athleisure/stretchy clothing acceptable — no leggings, crop tops, or open-toe/open-back shoes
