Labor & Delivery RN — Fort Worth, TX | 13-Week Contract
This Labor & Delivery position is based in Fort Worth, TX, serving a busy obstetric unit with a high average daily census. The unit cares for a diverse patient population, including premature infants, requiring a clinician comfortable with high-acuity maternal and neonatal cases.
Shift Details
- Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 12-hour shifts; 36 or 48 hours per week (flexible)
- Weekends and holidays required as needed
Contract Details
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location Requirement
- Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
- A valid driver's license is required at submission
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- Fetal Monitoring Certification
Preferred Certification
- RNC (Registered Nurse Certified – Inpatient Obstetric or related specialty)
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in Labor & Delivery, including preterm labor management and care of premature infants
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced unit with a consistently high census
- Confident with fetal monitoring interpretation and emergency obstetric situations
