Cath Lab RN — Travel Contract | Canton, OH

About the Role

This Cath Lab RN position is a day-shift travel contract supporting a busy interventional cardiology environment. The role requires confident, independent practice in both circulating and procedural documentation throughout diagnostic and interventional cardiac cases.

Schedule & Call

• Four 10-hour shifts per day schedule
• On-call required: approximately every other weekend; on non-weekend-call weeks, expect roughly 2 weekday call days; on weekend-call weeks, 1 additional weekday call day
• Must be available to work at least every other holiday

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of permanent (non-travel) Cath Lab RN experience
• Demonstrated expertise in circulating and procedural documentation
• Proficiency with electronic health record charting
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission

Orientation & Competencies

• ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments completed during orientation; a passing score is required (maximum 2 attempts)
• Pre-start modules required (average 6–15 hours); approximately 4 hours are compensable

Additional Requirements

• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) from within the past 12 months required
• No open background check cases accepted; no license hits accepted
• Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free screening requirements
