Travel RN – ICU | Aurora, CO | Night Shift

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Contract Duration: 13 weeks | 36 guaranteed hours/week

Start Date: October 12, 2026

This general mixed ICU cares for a high-acuity, diverse patient population including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery patients. The unit also manages post-operative open-heart surgery patients and supports advanced therapies including VV and VA ECMO, intra-aortic balloon pump, Impella, and CRRT.

Typical Procedures Include:

• Bronchoscopies and GI scopes
• Chest tube insertions
• Arterial and central line insertions
• Airway management and frequent drip titrations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of current ICU hospital experience
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
• Colorado RN license (or compact eligibility)

Preferred Qualifications:

• CVICU/CTICU experience, particularly with immediate post-operative open-heart surgery patients

• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and comfort managing complex, critically ill patients
