Registered Nurse – Med-Surg Telemetry

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an RN for a 13-week contract in med-surg telemetry nursing. This is a night shift position (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with every-other-weekend commitment.

Unit Details

You'll provide care across multiple med-surg floors, including orthopaedic, general med-surg, neurology step-down, oncology, surgical telemetry, and med-surg telemetry units. Patients range from post-operative and acute medical cases to those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. You must be willing to float between these units and to an alternate campus location (approximately 9.5 miles away) as needed.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Ability to work nights and every-other-weekend rotations
• Flexibility to float across multiple specialties
• Willingness to work at multiple campus locations

Contract Terms

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Start date: October 9, 2026

Standard credentialing requirements apply, including background check, drug screening, immunization verification (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and TB testing), fit testing, and specialty-specific competency assessment.
