Home Health Registered Nurse — Bala Cynwyd, PA

This is a local home health contract opportunity for an experienced RN comfortable managing an independent caseload across a defined service area.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week

Contract Details

• Duration: 12 weeks
• Start Date: September 2, 2026

Position Overview

You'll carry a caseload of 25–30 visits per week, including a mix of start-of-care assessments and revisits. Strong time management and the ability to work autonomously in a community-based setting are essential.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant home health experience
• OASIS proficiency required
• Experience with home health documentation platforms required
