Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license/certification
- State licensure verification
- Specialty-specific competency testing
- Standard healthcare credentialing (background check, immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19 vaccine, and TB screening)
- Physical/health statement and fit test
- Drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Electronic health record (EHR) experience is helpful but not required
What You'll Do
You'll provide direct patient care in the facility's rehabilitation department, assisting with therapeutic exercises, patient mobility, and treatment protocols under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You'll work with a patient population requiring various levels of physical rehabilitation and recovery support.

Complete standard credentialing requirements prior to your start date, including background checks, immunization verification, and facility orientation.
