Physical Therapist — Pediatric Outpatient Rehab

Position Details

Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (five 8-hour days) in a pediatric outpatient rehabilitation setting. The facility is closed weekends and major holidays, providing predictable, consistent scheduling.

Clinical Scope

You'll manage an established caseload of approximately 50 pediatric patients in a rehabilitation environment. This role requires at least 2 years of current, hands-on experience in pediatric rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Active Ohio physical therapy license and registry certification (must be current at hire)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric rehab experience

Contract & Scheduling

• 13-week assignment
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Candidates requesting multiple days off during the contract period will be lower priority

Notes

All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission. The facility reserves the right to reduce staffing by up to 36 hours per 13-week contract period.
