Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Telemetry
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 90-week contract on the medical-surgical telemetry unit. This is a night shift role (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with every-other-weekend scheduling.

- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every-other-weekend requirement
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Start date: November 2, 2026
Unit Details
You'll work on a medical-surgical telemetry floor serving patients requiring cardiac monitoring and post-operative care. This role includes float responsibilities across multiple med-surg units, including orthopaedics, general med-surg, neurology step-down, oncology, and surgical telemetry. You may also float to an off-campus location approximately 9.5 miles away.
Required Credentials & Licenses
- Current RN license with verification
- Specialty-specific competency testing
- Standard onboarding requirements include background check, education verification, immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza), tuberculosis screening (2-step PPD or IGRA), drug screening, and fit testing.
What We're Looking For
Strong clinical foundation in telemetry monitoring, post-operative assessment, and med-surg patient care. You must be flexible and comfortable floating across multiple unit types and willing to work the night shift in a fast-paced environment.
