Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced OR nurse to join the surgical team. You'll work in a dynamic operating room environment supporting orthopedic, bariatric, general, and plastic surgical cases.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 12-hour days, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (varied days)
- Pattern: 12x3 (work 3 twelve-hour shifts per week)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 weekly
- Contract Duration: 89 weeks
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Ability to scrub and circulate
Clinical Scope
You'll manage cases across orthopedics, bariatrics, general surgery, and plastics—scrubbing and circulating as needed. You'll work alongside an experienced surgical team in a fast-paced environment.
Holiday Expectations
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
- Must work 1 of the 4 minor holidays: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
