Med Surg Tele RN — Night Shift
Position Overview
You'll work nights (19:00–07:00) in a safety-focused environment with strong team support and collaborative charge nurse leadership.
What You'll Do
The unit emphasizes the "2X2" patient experience standard: Nurse Explain and Nurse Courtesy & Respect. Daily Nurse Leader Rounds connect you with patients personally and provide feedback on care delivery, room safety, and quality measures.
Requirements
- Current RN license
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Basic dysrhythmia interpretation
- Team-oriented, positive attitude
- Available for at least every third weekend
Schedule & Assignment
- Shift: Four 12-hour nights per week
- Hours: 48 guaranteed weekly
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start: December 14, 2025
- Float: May rotate to Ortho, Neuro, CCU, CDU, SSU, Obs, or Rehab as needed
Uniform
Royal blue scrub tops; royal blue or black pants; grey, white, black, or royal blue undershirt.
