This 13-week travel contract places you on a busy inpatient Medical-Surgical unit. The position offers 48 guaranteed hours per week with a night shift schedule (19:00–07:00).
Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 4 x 12-hour nights
- 48 hours guaranteed per week
- 13-week contract
- Target start: December 14
- Weekend requirement: 4 shifts (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) per 4-week period
Clinical Scope
The unit manages general acute care patients requiring a broad range of medical-surgical interventions, including:
- PIV insertion, management, and removal
- Central line management and removal
- Foley catheter insertion, management, and removal
- NG tube insertion, management, and removal
- Drain management and removal
- Wound care and ostomy management
- Continuous bladder irrigation
- Chest tube management
- EKG interpretation
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Prior inpatient acute care experience
- Basic dysrhythmia recognition
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous acute care trauma experience

- Royal blue scrubs; black pants permitted
