Travel RN – Pediatric ICU | Wichita, KS

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a fast-paced Pediatric ICU caring for critically ill pediatric patients in a collaborative, teaching hospital environment. Day shift intensivists, RNs, respiratory therapists, dietary staff, and case management round out the daytime team; nights are covered by intensivists, RNs, and RTs.

Shift & Schedule

• Days: 07:00–19:00
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Clinical Scope

• High-acuity pediatric critical care
• Common procedures include IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
• CRRT is performed on the unit

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current, acute-care PICU RN experience
• Active RN license
• BLS and PALS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• CRRT experience
• APHON certification
• Prior pediatric teaching hospital experience
