Outpatient Surgery Center – Operating Room Nurse

Position Overview

The facility's outpatient surgery center is seeking an experienced OR nurse to join the surgical team. You'll support a diverse case load in a fast-paced ambulatory setting with no weekend, holiday, or on-call obligations.

Schedule & Hours

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (potential to stay up to one hour post-shift)
• Wednesday–Friday (3 days/week), or flexible 3×10 schedule (30 hours/week)
• 13-week contract
• Guaranteed hours available

Clinical Experience Required

• 2+ years in pediatric and adult ENT procedures
• Podiatry cases
• Breast reconstruction surgery
• GYN procedures

Qualifications

• BSN required
• Active RN license (PA or Compact state)
• Current knowledge of OR protocols and surgical instrumentation

Provide direct patient care, instrument management, and procedural support across multiple surgical specialties. You'll work alongside experienced surgeons and a collaborative care team in a controlled, organized environment focused on efficiency and patient safety.
