Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll join a dynamic interventional cardiology team providing comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care to cardiac patients.
Schedule & Details
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (40 guaranteed hours/week)
- On-Call: After-hours availability with minimal callback frequency
- Start Date: October 12, 2026
The Role
You'll work in a 2-lab, 5-bay cath suite alongside a skilled team of 2 full-time RNs and 5 full-time RCISs. The unit manages approximately 3 STEMIs per month, requiring sharp assessment and fast-paced decision-making. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, procedure support, equipment management, and post-procedure recovery care.
Requirements
- Previous cath lab or interventional radiology nursing experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive clinical team
