Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Irving, TX.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Start Date: September 7, 2026
Role Responsibilities
You'll support the cardiac catheterization team in a fast-paced interventional environment. Responsibilities include patient preparation, equipment setup and sterilization, assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, monitoring patient vitals, and maintaining a sterile field. You'll work alongside cardiologists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Current RCIS (Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist) certification or equivalent cardiac cath lab experience required
- BLS certification
- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, hemodynamics, and catheterization procedures
- Ability to work in a dynamic, detail-oriented setting
