Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Unit
About the Role
You'll deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group in a medical-surgical setting. This is a supervisory nursing position requiring you to direct nursing staff activities, collaborate across disciplines, and apply critical thinking to complex patient situations. You'll assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, coordinate discharge planning, and delegate appropriately to team members.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 hours per week with weekend rotation
- 13-week contract
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure (state of practice)
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS certification (current)
- ACLS certification (required)
- PALS certification (preferred for initial contract; must be obtained if extending beyond first contract)
- Solid color scrubs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Clinical Environment
The facility provides acute care services including intensive care, rehabilitation, and specialty surgical services. You'll work in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit delivering patient-centered care in a safe, healing environment.

Ukiah, CA — a charming community with natural beauty, local arts, and vineyards, located 2 hours north of San Francisco and 45 minutes from the Pacific Coast.
