ICU Registered Nurse – Fort Bragg, CA

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated, high-quality care to critically ill patients. You will supervise and direct nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and apply critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Shift & Contract Details

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 12, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and lead nursing teams in the ICU setting
• Collect and analyze clinical data; develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure safe, compassionate care
• Provide health education and discharge planning support
• Delegate and coordinate team member duties effectively

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in California
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Critical care experience required
• At least two years recent ICU experience
