About the Role

The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse to provide direct care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced life support. You'll work in a fast-paced critical care environment managing complex, high-acuity patients with ventilators, arterial lines, central lines, hemodynamic monitoring, and titratable medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and continuous monitoring; respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Manage vasoactive and sedation drips, medications, and advanced critical care equipment
• Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team on plan of care
• Perform code and rapid response interventions as needed
• Educate patients and families throughout their ICU stay
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols for high-acuity patients

Requirements

• Active RN license (state or compact)
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• CCRN certification preferred
• Minimum 1+ years of ICU/critical care experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and titratable drips
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted per facility policy
