Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the clinical team on the night shift. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, managing patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions across multiple care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments including lung capacity testing, blood gas analysis, and sputum evaluation
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
• Manage mechanical ventilators, including setup, operation, and optimization of settings
• Respond to emergencies with artificial respiration, CPR, and bronchopulmonary hygiene
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home equipment use

Requirements

• Current Respiratory Therapist license (Oklahoma)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Night shift availability
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
