Position Overview
The facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist to plan and conduct treatment programs that restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. You'll serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach, collaborating closely with clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools
- Implement therapy interventions following established treatment protocols
- Establish personalized care and discharge plans; communicate with relevant care team members
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Supervise assigned occupational therapy assistants
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Current BLS or CPR certification from an approved vendor
- Minimum two years of occupational therapy experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with floating to other sites as needed based on staffing and census
Position Details
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 40 hours per week (5 eight-hour shifts)
- Duration: 10-week contract
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
