Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team on a 13-week contract. You'll work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, typically 12:30 PM–9 PM, with flexibility for weekend and evening coverage as staffing needs arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting
- Manage pharmacokinetic dosing, with emphasis on vancomycin and warfarin therapy
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize medication management and patient outcomes
- Support weekend and evening shift rotations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
- Minimum one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmacokinetic dosing and warfarin management
Preferred Qualifications

- Duration: 13 weeks
