Medical-Surgical Telemetry | Night Shift | Beverly, MA

This 8-week contract places you on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit working 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. The position carries a guarantee of 72 hours biweekly (excluding any on-call hours worked).

• 12-hour nights, 7 PM – 7 AM
• 8-week contract; start date January 11
• 72 hours guaranteed biweekly
• Maximum 3 days RTO for the duration of the contract
• Local candidates are welcome

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg Telemetry experience
• BLS (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS required
• Proficiency with electronic health record documentation required
• Day-one pass/fail competency assessment administered at orientation (one attempt only)
• Two attempts permitted to complete onboarding skills testing prior to the on-site evaluation

Float Requirement

Candidates must be open to floating to a sister facility within the health system as needed.

What to Expect

You'll work in an active telemetry environment managing a medical-surgical patient population requiring cardiac monitoring and acute nursing care. Strong telemetry interpretation skills and comfort with a fast-paced unit are essential to success in this role.
