Med/Surg Telemetry — Night Shift | Beverly, MA

This 8-week contract places you on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit working 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. The role carries a guarantee of 72 hours biweekly.

Assignment Details

• Start date: January 11
• Schedule: 12-hour nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly (excluding any on-call time worked)
• Maximum 3 days of requested time off for the duration of the contract

Float Requirement

Candidates must be open to floating to a sister facility within the health system as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active BLS (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS required
• Proficiency in electronic health records is mandatory
• Day-one pass/fail competency assessment at orientation (one attempt only)
• Relias onboarding testing required prior to start (up to 2 attempts)

Patient Population & Scope

The unit manages a mixed medical-surgical and telemetry patient population requiring cardiac monitoring, with moderate to high acuity. Float assignments involve comparable clinical scope at a nearby community hospital within the same health system.
