CT Technologist – 26-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced CT Technologist for a 26-week assignment on the evening shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You'll be part of a busy imaging department performing diagnostic and interventional CT procedures across a wide range of patient populations and acuity levels.
Clinical Scope
You'll perform neuro, musculoskeletal, body, and cardiac imaging studies, with emphasis on ED trauma and stroke protocols. Invasive CT procedures and pediatric imaging are also part of the routine workload. This role requires strong technical skills in all CT modalities and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Demonstrated competency in all areas of CT imaging, including diagnostic and invasive procedures
- Strong ED trauma and stroke imaging background
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
Preferred Qualifications
- GE CT experience
- Invasive CT and cardiac imaging expertise
- Venipuncture skills
Shift & Scheduling
- Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Possible weekend assignments
- Potential for shift rotation
- Call requirement: approximately 12 hours per month
- Black scrubs required
