ICU Registered Nurse — Night Shift Contract

Beverly, MA | 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 28-Week Contract

The facility is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 28-week night shift contract beginning February 8th. This position offers 72 guaranteed hours biweekly.

Unit & Clinical Scope

You'll be working in an ICU environment managing high-acuity patients. Floating to Medical-Surgical units within the facility is required, and candidates must be open to floating to an additional local hospital site as needed.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No time-off requests (RTO) will be approved during this contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with electronic health records (prior experience with a major EHR system required)
• Must be willing to float to Medical-Surgical units and a sister facility as needed

Onboarding

• A pass/fail competency test is administered on day one of orientation — one attempt only
• Two attempts are permitted to complete online onboarding assessments prior to the on-site test

• Contract length: 28 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding any on-call hours worked)
