Med/Surg Telemetry | 12-Hour Days | Beverly, MA

This 8-week contract opportunity is for an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry nurse joining a facility that requires float coverage to a nearby affiliate location as needed.

Shift Details

• 12-hour days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Contract Highlights

• Start date: January 11
• Duration: 8 weeks
• RTO: No more than 3 days for the contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• Charting system proficiency required
• Must be willing to float to an affiliate hospital as needed
• Day-one competency assessment administered at orientation (one attempt only)
• Relias testing completed during onboarding (up to 2 attempts) to prepare for on-site evaluation

Clinical Scope

The unit provides care for intermediate-acuity medical and surgical patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Nurses manage a diverse patient population with telemetry needs, post-procedural monitoring, and general medical conditions across a fast-paced inpatient setting.
