CVICU Night Shift – Travel RN

The Role

Join the facility's Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit for a night shift position caring for high-acuity cardiac patients. You'll work three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) in a fast-paced, clinically demanding environment.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 12 months of permanent, full-time CVICU experience required.
• License: Active Ohio nursing license or current compact license in hand at time of submission.
• Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Availability: Must be able to work at least every other holiday.

What to Expect

During orientation, you'll complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment. Acceptable scores on both are required to continue. You have up to two attempts to pass; if either is not met, the assignment will be canceled.

You may be asked to complete additional competency modules (average 6–15 hours) before your start date and annually thereafter.

• COVID-19 & Flu Vaccines: Required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Background Check: Must have no open cases; facility does not accept license hits
• Drug Screen: 10-panel screen within 12 months of start date
