Radiologic Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in a rotating schedule. You'll perform diagnostic imaging procedures and maintain high standards of patient care in a busy acute care setting.
Schedule
- Rotating 12-hour shifts
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM (Mon-Tues), 9:00 AM–10:00 PM (Fri)
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Variable weekend and holiday coverage as needed
- Flexibility required to adjust schedule based on department needs
Requirements
- Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program with an Associate's Degree or equivalent military training
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required
- Current R.T.(R)(ARRT) registration or registry-eligible status (must obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Current Radiologic Technologist licensure in Massachusetts
- BLS certification required
- Travel experience required
Key Skills
- Proficiency with PACS, HIS/RIS, and general computer systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
