Labor & Delivery Nurse — 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility's Labor & Delivery unit handles 350+ births per month and is seeking an experienced nurse for a 13-week assignment. You'll work day shifts in a high-volume, fast-paced obstetric environment.
Schedule & Requirements
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience and 2 prior travel assignments
Clinical Responsibilities
- Circulate C-sections and manage labor patients
- Insert IVs and provide direct patient care
- Float to Antepartum as staffing needs require
- Support the high-volume delivery workflow
What We're Looking For
Current RN license and demonstrated competency in obstetric nursing. You should be comfortable in a dynamic environment where flexibility and strong communication are essential.
This is a straightforward clinical role—no orientation bells and whistles, just solid bedside nursing in a busy L&D unit.
