ICU/CCU Telemetry Nurse – 13-Week Travel Assignment
The Role
You'll deliver high-quality care to adult patients in a cardiac/telemetry unit, managing stroke, vascular intervention, and hemodynamic monitoring cases. You'll apply the full nursing process—assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation—while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team and patients' families.
Schedule & Expectations
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Hours: 36 hours per week with possible overtime
- Rotation: Every other weekend and holiday required
- On-call: Occasional call-in during low census periods; one-hour response time expected
- Duration: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to self-study telemetry strips and pass a Basic Dysrhythmia test during your first week (mandatory to work in the unit)
