Telemetry Nurse – Night Shift
Position Details
The facility seeks an experienced telemetry nurse for its night shift. You'll work three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 13-week contract.
What You'll Do
Monitor and care for patients on continuous cardiac telemetry. You'll manage ventilators, tracheostomies, and chest tubes while providing tele interpretation. Patient acuity is moderate to high, with a focus on post-operative recovery and cardiac monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of nursing experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Georgia or Compact License (required)
- Strong ventilator management experience
- Experience with trachs and chest tubes
- Tele interpretation skills preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
