Med/Surg Telemetry — Float | 12-Hour Nights | Winchester, MA

This is a float position on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, ideal for an experienced traveler comfortable adapting across clinical areas. The facility is seeking a confident, self-directed nurse ready to support winter staffing needs.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Contract length: 8 weeks
• Start date: January 4th
• Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding any on-call time worked)
• Float position: required across units as needed

Scheduling Expectations

• No more than 3 days of requested time off will be approved
• No holiday time-off requests will be approved

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• RN licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts

Clinical Scope

You'll support a Med/Surg Telemetry population requiring cardiac monitoring and general medical-surgical care, floating to units as census and staffing needs dictate. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to adapt quickly to varying patient populations are essential for success in this role.
