Position Overview
The facility seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents across multiple clinical domains.
Clinical Scope
You will address:
- Swallowing and dysphagia management, including aspiration reduction
- Cognitive rehabilitation
- Communication disorders and speech improvement
Treatment approaches will enhance both expressive and receptive communication, helping residents be understood and understand others more effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Lead and direct the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies
- Provide direct care and services to the resident population
