Cath Lab Technician
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Cath Lab Technician for a 13-week contract assignment beginning October 19, 2026. You'll work in a 2-suite catheterization and interventional radiology lab, supporting an average of 5 cases daily.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8 hours)
- On-Call: 1–2 weekends per month; 30-minute response time required
- Holidays: 1 holiday coverage required
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Cancellation Policy: Up to 3 shifts may be cancelled during this assignment
Clinical Scope
You'll assist with a range of procedures including right and left heart catheterization (RHC/LHC), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), electrophysiology (EP), rotational atherectomy, and peripheral interventions. The lab operates with a small, collaborative team of 3 cath lab/IR technicians.
Required Qualifications
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS certification
- California Radiologic Technologist (RAD) license
- Fluoroscopy certification
- Los Angeles City Fire & Safety Card
- Valid California license/credentials to submit
