Pediatric Float ICU Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced pediatric ICU nurse for a night float position across multiple campuses. You'll work Friday–Sunday nights (12-hour shifts) in a dynamic, high-acuity pediatric setting serving neonatal through cardiac patients.
Unit Details
Requirements
- Active Georgia nursing license or valid compact license
- Minimum 2 years' experience in each of: CICU, NICU, and PICU
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
Schedule & Commitment
- Shift: Friday–Sunday nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (12-hour blocks)
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed hours: 36 weekly
- Must cover any missed shifts
- Holiday rotation availability required (Thanksgiving or Christmas, as needed)
Facility Expectations
- Nicotine-free facility; drug screening required
- Flu vaccine mandatory—no exceptions or exemptions
